Andrew Lane has a comprehensive background producing film soundtracks and developing new artists, with 22 platinum record under his belt. He has worked as Music Director on High School Musical, Hannah Montana, Disney Mania, and many other young adult features. Andrew has been the Music Director on all of the Dirt Merchants films to date.
ADVISOR - EDUCATION AND MENTORSHIP
Mathematician, magazine editor, and philanthropist, Professor Alejandro Ruiz has been an important contributor at the University of Southern California since 1990 and a faculty member since 2001. Since the first Dirt Merchants film, Romancery, he has been an important advisor regarding the beams stated and lessons postulated in the films. He is the President and Founder of Miss XV Academy Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing Los Angeles area youth into productive individuals who make a positive difference in our society. He is the co-founder of the Youth Mentorship Forum and heads up the Upward Bound Mentorship Program at USC.

Sandra has a talent and passion for empowering storytelling and keynote speaking and has swiftly carved her niche in film production in The Dirt Merchants Universe. Sandra contributes to the unique aesthetics of our films and plays pivotal roles in productions like 'X Tao' and 'The Saintly', where you will also appreciate her acting prowess as she brings the role of Daria, the character she created, to life.

A well respected and accomplished CEO, Mr. Stoner is a principal participant in multiple prestigious global business organizations. He is President of The Americas, for CEO Club Global; President of The Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce; Chairman of The Pacific Rim Business Council; and Chairman Worldwide Operations for American International Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Stoner has been an integral part of the producer team on several films and multiple international strategic alliances for The Dirt Merchants Movie Company.

Media personality Gabija Guzauskaite brings her diverse talents to Dirt Merchants Movie Company as an Associate Producer and Advisor. Her contributions range from script and character development to location scouting and post-production. A skilled and passionate actress she has played crucial roles both off-screen and on-screen, including portraying one of the most pivotal characters in the Dirt Merchants Film Series.

John Duffy is a veteran Producer / Line Producer of 45+ feature films, television programs and commercials. John recently produced Kevin Sorbo's latest film 'Left Behind' in Calgary, Canada, and also line-produced Mr. Sorbo's previous film, “Miracle in East Texas”, in Alberta, Canada. He previously line-produced "Paradise Cove" with Director Martin Guigui starring Mena Suvari, and "Merry Kiss Cam", now airing on Hulu. John also both directed and line-produced two exceptional short films, "The Flag" and "The Flag Documentary”, which were screened at the GI Film Festival in Wash. DC and at the Smithsonian Theater.

A ten-year tribe veteran, Karla is PR & Communication Director for the following nonprofits: Mundo Maya Foundation, Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee; Director and Investor Relations for Mother Earth International; and Communications Director for Red Global Mexico - LA Chapter. She is also heavily involved in Vivative, GloGreen, Buenavista Group, Pacific Healthcare Clinic. Karla’s role is to connect excellent people with the tribe to form environmentally sound collaborations.

Dr. Michael Brown is an internationally known author, speaker and trainer who has written five books that have been translated into multiple languages, along with numerous professional articles and publications. Dr. Brown spent many years as a Clinical Psychologist and co-founded one of the largest Psychological Training and Treatment Centers in the country. Dr. Brown currently serves as Director of Communications, an Executive Producer, and an Advisory Board Member of the Dirt Merchants Movie Company.

Jessica Linn Toft is an accomplished professional with a passion for empowering youth. She earned a degree in Early Childhood and Youth Development from St. Cloud State University. She has spent 15 years working in the youth education space in media, digital design, broadcasting, education, and community engagement. She was Director at The Clubhouse Childcare and Preschool, Executive Director of THC Subs, Creative Director and Board Member for the Live Mana Worldwide Foundation, and Executive Director of Caring Hearts in Action.
Jessica's role is to create collaborations between the media producers of the Dirt Merchants tribe and educators to develop a vibrant community, sensational entertainment experiences that serves youth and educators alike and create a nurturing environment where young individuals can thrive and grow.

Ashkan Tabibnia is the founder of 90210 Network, a high-end business consulting company in Beverly Hills, CA. His primary responsibilities at Dirt Merchants Movie Company include maintaining the tribe's extensive databases, including authors, speakers and coaches, and coordinating and implementing the online tribe-building and audience-building strategies.

Joshua T. Berglan is a visionary media personality, award-winning filmmaker, international best-selling author, and talk show host with an unmatched passion for amplifying underrepresented voices. As Director of New Media for award-winning Dirt Merchant Films, he integrates entrepreneurship with creative genius. Joshua's philanthropy extends beyond media as a champion of empowering marginalized communities. His captivating shows on Dirt Merchants Universe spark meaningful dialogue and personal growth. MEDIA ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Media Manager Mike Schell has developed unique organizational skill set derived from a longstanding career in high tech, new product development, manufacturing, and sales and marketing, which he uses to organize and maintain the Dirt Merchants growing film library, new media catalog, images, artwork, and behind-the-scenes photos and videos. As a Co-Producer and creative force, Mike has also been responsible for a seemingly endless number of artistic additions to the Dirt Merchants movies.

Thirty-year Chicago police veteran (retired), bodyguard to two United States Presidents, multiple time Internatonal Best-selling author, Lester "Chief" Bailey heads up Dirt Merchants Conscious Media division where he curates select media from the top personal develoopment communicators to ensure that our library continues to grow with important themes and inspirational lessons.
PRODUCER
A 30-year veteran attorney, Jeff has been invaluable in producing all of the Dirt Merchants films. He has been involved in all aspects of production, both on-set and off, including post-production, finalizing all contracts, acquiring music rights and likeness rights, providing deliverables to international distributors, and interfacing with SAG-AFTRA actors' union and specialized attorneys as needed.
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
An entrepreneur, youth coach and mentor, Mirek has 25 years of experience in international sales and marketing, the last seven years as COO of an import/export company with headquarters in USA and Italy. He has been executive producer on three Dirt Merchants Films in which he participated on the production and finance side: Vino Royale, Dope Boy Rise and Eccentra. Mirek serves on numerous boards and commissions including: Escondido Public Library Board of Trustees (Past President), City of Escondido Building Advisory Board, Polish American Congress of Southern California (President of San Diego Chapter.)
